HOW TO MANAGE SCHOOL TO BE PRESTIGIOUS SCHOOL

       Can you imagine if you are in a small and left behind school with a incomplete facilities and lack of commitment? or even if you are asked to manage an isolated or remote area school?

So big problems and challenges?

       To handle or manage such kind of school needs skills, power,and patience. There are some  we have to master and to do in managing school to be prestigious school:

1. We have to study and master the knowledge of managing school by going to university which has 

    major in educational management or study the school management from books.

2. We have strong will and always keep spirit that the school we are going to mange is a big 

    challenge and chance.

3. We have to prepare ourselves  that we are not superman but we have to do our best and should be 

    patient if the result is unhopely.

4. Bring your mind into big dream to make your school to be the dream or prestigious school 

    tomorrow by setting a school vission and mission up with teachers and stakeholders.

5. Set up the school rules to be conducted and followed by all the school members.

6. Set or create a good condition, evironment  and school culture.

7. Make a school team work by giving duties based on their skills and responsibilities.

8. Make long, middle and short term school project with all school stakeholders.

9. We have to divide the middle term school project or plan into at least three:

    a. In first year, we make internal consolidation and build or improve the school building and 

        facilities (50%), building man character and quality (50%)

    b. In the second year, we build and improve school building and ICT facilities (75%) and build 

        man   character and qualities (25%)

    c. In the third year, we provide school facilities such ICT (LCD Projector, Computer Lab, internet 

        server ect) (60%) and man quaity (40%)

    d. In the fourth year, School focus on building man(teachers,staff and students) by holding some 

        workshops, giving trainning and send the teachers and students in a competetion.
