      That's something unhappy to see when you see a teacher so frustrated  with unhappy face or anger goes out from the class. what happen to him/her?  Does he/she fail with his/her teaching ? or some students or the trouble makers have made him/her crazy with their behavior? 

      Is it a big problem ? Indeed because this will make the quality of teaching  and motivation low. The condition makes the teacher underpresure or inconvenient. 

There may be caused of :

1.The teacher is not ready to be a teacher or not first choice   or may not love the subject to teach.

2. The teacher is really not well prepared in teaching or not ready to teach or come to class, then angry 

    to the student is the way to cover his/her unreadiness.

3. The teacher is really not patient to face some aggresive students or the trouble maker.

4. The teacher is lack of technique or method of teaching or monotonous.

There are some steps to make the atmosphere of the class enjoyful so ultimate teaching takes place :

a. Think that every student has different characteristics and need

b. Prepare different material which has the same topic to accomodate the different students' need

c. Be wise, Keep in our mind that all the students has different level of IQ or competences.

d. Mastery the topic or theme will be taught will make you self confident.

e. Study and mastery the techniques or methods or models of teaching as much as possible to make    

  the teaching and learning process more variaty and situation of the class more lively not   monotonous.

f. always be smile face when you are in the class not showing the angry face, this will make you  looked unfriendly.

g. Be helpful to every students not to just like students but also to dislike or naughty students.

h. Always follow the procedure of teaching :

    1) exploration

    2) elaboration

    3) confirmation
